Project Administration and
Control features
Creating a collaborative environment
means your project member details and relevant
information can be collected under the one system.
This system can be accessed by all involved, and
if necessary to varying degrees of security.
(1)
The Project Administration allows users can manage
their own projects, broadcast project newsletters
and share their projects to others. Administrators
have rights to access a wealth of information
collected of users within the company. Summary
information such as hours per project, user-logons
and projects overviews can be displayed.

(2)
A project you have created can be shared to another
user of YPP, within your company, or within our
public directory. You determine what information
that user has access to by selecting a relevant
project access group.
Project access for each component of YPP (Charter,
Scope, Register etc) can be granted as either
editable or view only for your shares, giving
you full control over your project information
distribution.

(3)
Company Access levels may
vary with title. If you don't want access to the
full YPP package, or if you wish to restrict some
of your users to subsections of the package then
company access groups are easily created. (This
feature is restricted to company administrators)

(4) Distribute newsletters
to your project team(s), or to your company either
in HTML using YPP's built in formatting tool or
in text for fast communication of project matters.
