practical,
simple, aid project management - saving time
& resources for you & your projects
PSA Project Aid
provides practical and simple aid project management solutions
to various organisations to ensure the most is gained
out of their most important projects. Our step by step
processes can be used to gain an understanding of all
the key points to consider when planning and implementing
projects.
Paul Steinfort has gained much experience over the years
while working on project aid work. He shows that project
management can be broken down to a level that can be simply
understood and applied, in a range of diverse and challenging
situations, where it is needed most.
After the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake Paul spent time
in Banda Aceh. He volunteered his time and valuable skills.
He was able to share his project management and engineering
knowledge with others. Below you will find images and
some of the processes applied to various projects.
PSA are currently working closely with SurfAid
to assist them with their project planning and coordination.
SurfAid are a non-profit aid relief organisation that
strives to improve the health conditions of people living
in secluded regions located across Indonesia.
