PSA Project
was started by Paul Steinfort in 1985 to cater for the
growing demand of expert project management as awareness
of the specialty started to grow in Australia back in
the 80s. Since then, PSA Project have maintained a position
at the forefront of the industry in Australia and internationally
by striving for the highest project management principles,
constantly pioneering new ideas for the advancement
and bettering of project management as a whole.
PSA Project
have successfully analysed, planned, secured and achieved
multiple projects of over $3 Billion worth in the IT,
Telco, Design and Construction arena. They are the Project
Managers of the current $430 million MCG Redevelopment
in Melbourne and, at the same time, have invested strongly
in online web project management systems to bring their
successful PMBOK aligned methodology to everyday use
for all range of project management users on the internet.
Through all
PSA Project's practical experience, they saw the need
for and consequently developed a simple and straight
forward project management process, and which is aligned
with project management standards recognised nationally
and internationally such as the PMBOK®1,
NCSPM and AS3905. These significant online web Project
Management processes, methodology and project control
systems have been developed over the years in house
by PSA Project and made easily and widely available
as online systems
at this website.
PSA Project have also pioneered the 'Novation Contract',
and have since developed a new innovation in
construction
contracts called 'A Positive Contract'.

Paul Steinfort's Qualifications
Paul Steinfort has accreditation
as a Project Management Professional (PMP®2),
and is the immediate past President and a Fellow of
the AIPM
(Australian Institute of Project Management)(Victorian
Chapter), guiding major projects, Corporations, Universities
and Course Providers in the proper application of the
PMBOK®1
Guide and NCSPM, during learning and implementation.
He has been responsible for the successful project management
of an extensive range of products in a diverse range
of industries. He also runs project management implementation
and training accredited by the AIPM.
