Victorian Project Management Achievement Awards (PMAA)

The PSA Project Team recently attended the Victorian Australian Institute of Project Management award night, held to recognise excellence in project management in each State, and also the national AIPM awards held in Sydney.

PSA Project was presented with two awards in recognition for their outstanding work on the MCG Northern Stand Redevelopment. Not only were PSA winners in the category of Construction, Engineering & Aerospace, but also won the overall award for the greatest achievement in Project Management for 2006. At the national level, the directors were present to collect the runner up for greatest achievement in Project Management in Australia for 2006 and also high commendation for their category.

It is testament to PSA’s ability that such a complex and challenging project was delivered on time, to quality and within the agreed budget. PSA are extremely proud of the contribution they made towards the successful completion of this project.

The merits of each of these awards were based on PSA's ability to apply sound practical experience and quality in- house methodology principles- all whilst adhering to a challenging time- frame driven by the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony.
