MCG's Project Path right on track!

Wednesday 26th June, the premier Steve Bracks announced the winning tenderer for the Project, Grocon Construction for the $430m construction project. Steinfort Project Management @ mcg, as the Project Managers for the project, are providing the foundation for delivery of the project to meet the seating capacity objectives and time deadlines for the 2006 Commonwealth Games. New online tools to keep your project on track

We have incorporated the proven tools used to deliver billions of dollars of successful projects over the past 17 years into our online project management process, 'Your Project Path'.

The Implementation phase now incorporates a dynamic documentation register and progress monitor that allows the most complex to the simplest process to be managed online with all stakeholders able to instantly understand the progressing status of the project. Further, it now also includes the proven Project Monitor / Status reporting process used to keep the most complex projects on track. Users can download their project plan, prepared using tools such as MS Project, directly into the monitor to enable accurate status of all project activities to be determined and most importantly communicated online. City of Casey's Aquatic and Recreational Centre (ARC) delivered on time and on budget

Paul Steinfort and Associates worked with the City Council from initial concept stage, through feasibility, design, procurement and final delivery of the centre.

The City of Casey's newest facility, the Aquatic and Recreational Centre, the 'Casey-ARC' as it is affectionately known, is proof (if it is needed) that with proper management project goals can be realised. The project was achieved within budget, to the agreed programme and has met all the stakeholders requirements in terms of quality and operations.
