Projects in Planning with PSA
Digital Harbour, Equiset
PSA Project Management have been providing Equiset as head
contractor strategic planning, specialist programme planning,
monitoring, control and reporting services on this design and
construct 9 level building in the docklands. Detailed feasibility
testing for construction of this 6 star building was completed
during the tender stage resulting in the structural design being of
precast beams and hollowcore to achieve the tight time frame
objectives for the tenant.
PSA has provided their expertise with the provision of detailed
master programming, design programmes, construction and subcontract
programme and supported this through detailed, monitoring,
evaluation and reporting processes. PSA is also providing general
risk analysis/advice and working closely with Equiset, the client,
design consultants and the subcontractors to achieve completion in
the 2nd quarter of 2012.
70 Queens Rd, Equiset
PSA Project Management is providing Programme management and
control services to Equiset in delivery of this 12 story Proximity
apartments building at 70 Queens Rd.
27 Little Collins St, Equiset
PSA Project Management is providing Programme management and
control services to Equiset in delivery of this 32 story apartments
and hotel building in little Collins St.
Glenburn Hall Demolition and Rebuild, Murrindindi
Shire
The project is well into construction. PSA project
managers have been overseeing wide ranging stakeholder engagement,
design, procurement and now construction of a range of Victorian
Bushfire Reconstruction Projects.
The Flowerdale Youth Shed, Murrindindi Shire
A contract has been awarded for this new and exciting
facility for the Youth of Flowerdale. Works are expected to
start in the new year.
Kinglake Memorial Reserve, Murrindindi Shire
Works are underway on site at the Reserve in Kinglake.
