Paul Steinfort

Paul has accreditation as a Project Management Professional (PMP®1) and is the immediate past President and a Fellow of the AIPM (Australian Institute of Project Management) Victorian Chapter, and is backed up by thirty years of Project Management experience on over $3 Billion worth of successful project outcomes in a diverse range of industries.

Paul’s skills of perception, towards both people and situations, together with his ability to plan and project reliable outcomes, have proven to be key attributes to the Project Management process. He works with a firm belief that Project Management is the key to an improved way of getting things done, as he continually displays in his ability to use problem solving strategies to make even the most complex project seem simple to his clients. He has overseen the developments of PSA Project's own project management methodology (which is available online at this site), and continues to oversee its further advances. The methodology simplifies project management and makes it practical, whilst at the same time being aligned with nationally and internationally recognised Project Management standards, including the PMBOK®2, NCSPM and AS3905.

Paul’s lateral thinking and capacity for developing innovative products such as the online methodology has enabled his business to maintain its position at the forefront of the Project Management industry since its establishment in 1985. Paul has been responsible for the successful and ongoing Project Management of a vast number of projects including the following:

Garry Smart

Garry’s skills in project scheduling, coupled with his vast computer knowledge, have significantly contributed to the management and implementation of a considerable number of projects, in a wide variety of industries, since joining the PSA Project team some sixteen years ago.

A specialist on Microsoft Project and Excel, Garry has been responsible for the successful development of project control packages, provided extensive coordination and control of design, construction and subcontract works on major construction and new technology projects and responsible for the creation of Program Management Offices and associated management methodologies.

Garry has been a key participant in a number of major projects with PSA Project in the Construction, Entertainment and New Technology areas, including projects such as:
