Qualified, experienced, supportive, practical, beneficial and collaborative and here for you and your program of projects.
The PSA Program Management Cycle enables project success through each colour coded step.
It can take you and your Program through a strategic approach and key stakeholder alignment to enable Project management success and very effective governance, all together.
With 30 years successful experience in the provision of Program Management we have significant learning to bring your way. PSA’s Program Management methodology is proven through the global PMI (Project Management Institute, over 500,000 members worldwide) sponsorship of their PhD action research award.
The month of November saw 3 of our directors complete important site field trips to Nepal in support of the first phase of work with IOD PARC. These were valuable to see firsthand the work of the resilience program and to meet the many personnel on the ground.
We are pleased to be supporting the Victorian State Government team at Development Victoria through the development of feasible project planning for a number of major projects set to kick off next year as well as independent progress monitoring for DHHS.
Almost 30 years after completing our last Project Management survey, PSA has again engaged with its community of practice to establish what is working well in Project Management as well as the state of Program Management and how it can be improved for best value.
Taking time to reflect and capture lessons learnt from an organisation or stakeholder point of view has been proven to be one of the most effective ways of implementing continuous improvement and creating value.
PSA are excited to be working with IOD PARC on a program to help build resilience to natural disasters and climate change in Nepal. This project is especially meaningful to Managing Director Paul Steinfort, who has an expertise and passion for post - disaster project work.
